Great food! Great personal touch with a cool hole in the wall bbq atmosphere. Definitely suggest to anyone going through or near Coffeyville.

This is a cozy little BBQ joint with limited lunch and dinner hours, but the food is excellent as is the service. I started off with iced tea and was surprised by a fully chilled glass full of ice and my very own little pitcher of well brewed, slightly sweet tea.The ribs were surprisingly meaty. They were full of fall off the bone tenderness and just the right amount of smokiness. The BBQ sauce is made in house. It is not too sweet or tangy. It has a tiny bit of heat, so I appreciated the coleslaw and tea for contrast.The service was excellent. I felt like I was eating at a friend's house. I'd love to go back and try another type of meat and maybe a cold brew instead of tea next time.

The brisket was great and you have to try the homemade BBQ sauce.

Good food but needs more smoke flavor

A very nice restaurant. Verry friendly service. Enjoyed the experience. He makes his own barbecue sauce which is very very good. The food was excellent. This is a need to go place, the barbecue is great.

Good food good atmosphere

Moved to town about two years ago and I have been looking for a good BBQ joint because let's face it Phelps is far from BBQ. This place is a true BBQ joint, closest thing to home (Texas) I have found.

Excellent food. Decent options. Mostly good service but was extremely busy.

Very good barbecue. Sauce was amazing and Johnnie was very friendly. Price was great for the portions. We had the pulled pork and brisket with slaw and beans. All were top notch. My eight year old daughter who doesn’t eat much in the way of meat said “If my stomach could talk it would say I’m happy!” The highest complement she could give.

I went Ross's BBQ Restaurant with my family yesterday on my daughter's birthday and the experience was good. Very tasty and delicious food. You will love it no doubt. Starters are awesome. There are variety of dishes to try and you will just love them all. The service is also very good. also they celebrated birthday very well with cake surprise.

I truly enjoyed every bite. Me and my friends had a great time together while enjoying the food. Thank you very much!

We went to the Dalton Museum and thanks to Trip Adviser contributors found Ross's BBQ. The food is fantastic. We had the ribs. They were flavorful, tender ..perfect and Johnny has great sides to go with it. Johnny is a super friendly guy. He took the time to chat with us to explain how he got his start in the business. Long story short ...Ross's BBQ is there as a result of popular demand;cranking out great BBQ and friendly service! His hours are limited to Wednesday through Friday 11:00 to 8:00 pm. I'd recommend that you call in advance, to check for their hours of service. This a is a small mom and pop diner.
